Shane Born has been ProMax’s Chief Operating Officer since 2011. He started at ProMax in 2003 in online software sales where he earned several distinguished sales awards. In 2007 he was promoted to Director of Training and Customer Service. Prior to working for ProMax, he worked in the retail automotive business for seven years in sales. When he isn’t busy at the office, he likes playing pool, coaching athletic teams, enjoying the outdoors, and spending quality time with his wife and son.
